The Beautiful Angel stood and smiled and looked at me awhile

Though carved in stone, I realised, that it was just another mask
And playing as I do now, I would start another task

I had wondered what she would say, but a blessing it will be

Technology will travel! New Eee notebook !!!! WILD FOX

How amazing and cool is this!!! Am sitting in the 'garden' - ok, it is almost like a little path running down the back in between other peoples gardens that are most definately bigger. But its lovely!

WOWOWOWOWOW can you hear my heart beating!!!!! As I was writing those very last words, a FOX wandered down the path (looked like a young one), got to about 8ft away from me, before it noticed me scrabbling for my web cam..... phewy......calm down Wendy....... *breathes deep*. It was soooo beautiful, and looked so innocent...

I am actually sitting out here seeing if a) I can get a wireless signal on my notebook, so I can pick up my internet - I can, and it says I am getting 6.5 Mps, which is kinda fab....and b) if I can take pics with my fab logitech webcam (cutting out the need to take them on my camera and transfer to computer)... - and I can!

So here goes.................... as I upload - greetings from my garden of delights.....:)

Wendy's Kitchen

Have been having a wildly creative time creating videos, and planning future episodes of Wendy's Kitchen.


Plans have been hatched to drag anyone who comes through my front door off to a microphone, so they can be a 'voice' of one of the characters who appear in Wendy's Kitchen.

My son has agreed (he couldn't stop laughing at the time, and I think he agreed so I would go off and leave him alone), to be a mushroom (talking about dehydrating). However he also (without any input from me) expressed a desire to be a worm..... :).... so it looks like I will have to produce that video about the wormery! Will have to find a nice photogenic worm and take its picture - only anyone out there has a lovely pic of Mr Worm they may wish to send me!

Wendy's Kitchen - Episode 1

Vegetables discuss the LunchBoxDiet! Mr Turnip, and his friend Bella, whilst chatting at the sink, talk about the preparation of a very tasty looking lunchbox. Wendy's Kitchens is the first episode in a whole string of documented adventures, all set in the colourful home of WendyElf.

Future episodes include - Dehydrating with Tom (Tom is a rather delightful, down to earth mushroom), Sprouting the Easy Way, (with the help of the little sproutlings).

There is a possibility of 'How to Make Green Tea Delicious', with the help of the TeaBag Twins (Harold and Ernie), and 'Tummy Talk' (the yearnings of an overweight tummy).

Intelligent Vegetables - Enlightenment through Diet!

Does Simon ever talk to us bout the (mental) health issues we might have when on the lunchboxdiet???? (joking) I only ask, cos the veg have started talking to me. The fridge itself has become rather deafening to open - the little shouts and shrieks of EATME, EAT ME, when I open the door are getting louder and louder!!! (am talking bout 'The LunchBoxDiet' - Simon being the person who invented it, wrote the book, etc etc etc)

And as for that turnip - phew - everytime I shut my eyes I can see his little face looking up at me. (It's all because I am involved in a creative project right now that involves talking vegetables and I am incorporating the making of a lunchboxdiet box into it).

Seriously folks... have any of you also had your awareness heightened/shackles-hacked-off to the extent where you are now looking at vegetables/nuts/seeds/meat in a totally new way???

Apart from the veggie illuminations, I find myself looking at meat in a new way ... how lean is it, how many grams are in that tasty little piece, what would it like to be marinaded in. Yes, I would go so far as to say that the meat itself tells me EXACTLY how it would like to be approached/prepared/chopped and relished. Fab!!! More a case of me not preparing the lunchbox, but the lunchbox preparing me to prepare it!!!!!

Simon talks about the energy of the new Bootcamp he is planning 'blowing our mind'....(he mentioned it in one of his vids on youtube) well, if we allow it, we can remember that our minds are allready 'blown away', we have just forgotten!!! However, everytime I eat/prepare a lunchbox I am reminded.....

Am beginning to understand how 'other' foods have such a dampening effect on ones self! Anyway - gotta go, my box is (was going to write 'shouting', but should write 'singing' all the veg seems to be involved in singing a complicated sea shanty!!!) .... singing to me: 'eat me nowwwwwwwww'
